15 Central Park West

15 Central Park West is a luxury condominium building overlooking New York City's Central park. Next to it is the Trump International Hotel and Tower and the Time Warner building. 15 Central park West is located at the corner of 8th avenue (also called Central Park West because it is the west end of Central Park) and 61st street. The construction of the building started in 2005 and ended recently in 2008. The total construction cost was $950 million and the interesting fact is that all the apartments were sold out before the building was even finished.

The cheapest apartment starts at $6 million dollars and the most expensive one was recently sold for $88 million dollars
